Look at that progress

Today was first day of application of cob to the outside of either of the buildings.  By Friday morning the entire class room structure should be covered.  We then will move on to the library.

Things are going pretty well out here.  In addition to that, the roof on the four classrooms is complete.  We will be starting corrugated installation over the library's building tomorrow morning.  At this rate we will be pouring the floors by next week.  Look at us go.

How to install 35 feet of facia in one go.  I love it.

Nice view of the not so chaotic 30 person jobsite.

All of the water for the cob comes from nearly 1.5 miles away.  We go through around 140 jerri cans of river water a day.

Exterior application begins

The afternoons finished product.
